I don’t really know why I have started a blog, probably just because it seems like the cool thing to do these days and Im always looking for the next cool thing to add to my huge list of cool things I have done.
So, I’m Breanna. I’m a pretty average person, but I have been blessed with some extremely above average things. I guess the first would be having such an amazing God, I am nothing without him…literally. And then I have this pretty sweet-as husband too, he is WAY above average. I have an awesome family, that I am sometimes ashamed to admit are mine and the ultimate family dog, Romie. I have killer friends who inspire me and I am blessed with crazy amounts of love from crazy people. My husband and I lead an insanely fun youth group and have an intensely supportive church. So, I guess it is the blessings I have that make me.
I am a teacher. I am actually passionate about helping kids learn, but I don’t have a full time teaching job because I seem to move a lot. But I substitute. I am a photographer. I love taking pictures, especially of people because I believe you can tell immense amounts about a person and their situation through a lens. But photography is expensive and sometimes I get lazy. I am a farm girl. I love the farm and the adventures that it never ceases to hold, but I live in the city because that’s where work is. I am a Gemini. I have no idea what that even means because I think horoscopes are stupid. I am a christian. I think Jesus is cool and I try to let other people know that. I am active. Although I think I am getting worse with age, I like to do stuff and stay active.
If I were playing a part in the Sound of Music and had to list off some of my favorite things, it might go something like this: Q-tips and fresh socks, foot rubs with lotion. Chocolate, pizza and taking a picta. Laughing and dancing, surfing the waves, those are a few of my favorite things. Snowboarding in sunshine, listening to music, annoying my husband on to long of road trips, haircuts and PJ’s, sunnies and lattes, those are a few of my favorite things.
